1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ETH Finance cryptocurrency swap service ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service in any capacity.

2. Description of Service

ETH Finance operates an automated, non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange. The Service enables users to swap Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), USDT across all supported networks, Monero (XMR), and 50+ additional digital assets — with no account registration or identity verification of any kind. Transactions are processed automatically by the swap engine upon detection of a confirmed on-chain deposit. No human reviews, approves, or intervenes in standard swap operations. This is an ETH swap no KYC no AML service by architectural design.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By initiating any transaction, you represent that you satisfy this requirement. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of a no-KYC cryptocurrency exchange is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where anonymous crypto exchange activities are prohibited by applicable law.

4. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice of any kind. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and carry significant risk of loss. You bear all risks associated with swapping digital assets. ETH Finance accepts no responsibility for financial losses arising from exchange rate movements, market conditions, network failures, or any other factor inside or outside our control.

5. User Responsibilities

• Destination address accuracy: You are solely responsible for entering the correct destination wallet address. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Verify your address carefully before submitting any order.
• Correct send currency and network: You must send the exact cryptocurrency and network indicated by your deposit address. Sending the wrong coin or network to a deposit address may result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds.
• Legal source of funds: You warrant that all funds used through the Service are legally obtained and are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.
• Legal compliance: You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction.
• Tax obligations: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your cryptocurrency transactions under the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Transaction Finality

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by their technical nature. Once a deposit is confirmed on-chain, the swap process initiates automatically and cannot be cancelled or reversed by ETH Finance. Deposits sent to incorrect addresses or in the wrong currency are handled strictly on a best-efforts basis. Contact support immediately at support@eths.finance with your Order ID and the deposit transaction hash (TXID).

7. Exchange Rates and Fees

Exchange rates are sourced from live market feeds at the moment of order creation and locked for 30 minutes. The receive amount shown at order creation is an estimate based on the locked rate. Minor variations may occur due to on-chain network fees and market slippage during confirmation. ETH Finance charges a service fee embedded within the displayed exchange rate — no additional charges apply after order creation.

8. Transaction Limits

The minimum swap value is equivalent to $100 USD. The maximum swap value is equivalent to $282,100 USD. Exact figures in your selected cryptocurrency are displayed in the exchange widget before you submit an order.

9. Prohibited Use

The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or concealment of proceeds derived from criminal activity
• Financing terrorism, extremist organizations, or individuals subject to international sanctions
• Circumventing economic sanctions administered by the UN, EU, or any applicable international authority
• Processing stolen, hacked, ransomware-derived, or fraudulently obtained cryptocurrency
• Engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, or any form of financial fraud
• Any other use that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ETH Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses entered by the user; blockchain network delays, failures, or congestion; exchange rate movements during or after the order window; service interruptions or downtime; or any third-party action or inaction.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the service fees actually paid by you in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Service Availability

We operate on a 24/7 basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons, with or without prior notice to users.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms in full.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law and circumstances.
